Prepare Architectural & Civil Drawings for Commercial projects as per requirement Draft Presentation Drawing,
Working Drawings & Prepare retail Shop layout and work out qualities & area statements.
Superimpose structural & Services drawing over Architectural drawings. Create architectural drawings based on building specifications, Calculations, and Sketches.
Visit construction sites to collect measurements and prepare survey drawings as per requirement Co-ordinate with external Structural & MEP consultants to incorporate details into architectural Drawings.
Assist in-house Architect/Project Manager to ensure that the construction project is in accordance with design specifications.
Work Supervisor - Civil/Architectural
Experience: 3-4 Years
- Supervising and overseeing the project
- Ensuring Project timelines and specifications have complied.
- Should be able to read drawings and layouts.
- Coordinating and supervising installation team at the site.
- Inspect material received on site.
- Proficient in labor contract management.
- Accuracy and clarity in taking site measurements.
- Convert layouts into BOQ’s.
- Prepare Daily Report.
